Baked Potato Chips

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 spoonfuls low fat oil 
  • 1 big potato 
  • Salt 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 395 degrees. Cover a non-stick pan with low fat oil. 
  2. Slice the potato into thin pieces. 
  3. Place the potato slices in the pan until they cover the entire area. From here, drizzle over some more oil and add a touch of salt and pepper to flavor.  
  4. Bake for close to half an hour. Whenever the potato slices are nicely brown, serve as you wish. 

This is a great little recipe for simple house parties, warming' s, home comings and general social events.
