Ingredients:
- 400 grams of pitted black olives
- 40 grams of blue cheese
- 2 spoonfuls of low fat cream cheese
- Black pepper & Salt
- 1/3 cup egg substitute
- Bread Crumbs
- Low fat olive oil
Preparation:
- Using a mixture of blue cheese, low fat cream cheese, pepper and salt, fill the
black olives using a pastry bag.
- Using a mixture of egg substitute and breadcrumb's, coat all the olives
evenly.
- Place on a baking tray and drizzle with low fat olive oil.
- Bake in oven for 12-13 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool before
serving.
Olives and blue cheese, whoever thought of the combination is simply genius. Simple,
light, low in fat and full of flavor.
