Blue Cheese Olives (Oven Fried)

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of pitted black olives
  • 40 grams of blue cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of low fat cream cheese
  • Black pepper & Salt
  • 1/3 cup egg substitute
  • Bread Crumbs 
  • Low fat olive oil 

Preparation:

  1. Using a mixture of blue cheese, low fat cream cheese, pepper and salt, fill the black olives using a pastry bag.
  2. Using a mixture of egg substitute and breadcrumb's, coat all the olives evenly.
  3. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with low fat olive oil.
  4. Bake in oven for 12-13 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool before serving.

Olives and blue cheese, whoever thought of the combination is simply genius. Simple, light, low in fat and full of flavor.
