Ingredients:

3 fresh tomatoes
- Basil &
Oregano leaves
- Minced garlic
- 4 slices of low fat, tasty
bread.
- Low fat olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- With the tomatoes, you will want to remove the centres
with the seeds and liquid etc, then finely dice.
- Rip the basil leaves and add along with the oregano and
garlic.
- Toast bread slices to whatever your preference is.
Apply the mixture on top of the bread, add salt and pepper to taste then finely drizzle low fat olive oil
over the top and serve.
Bruschetta for me is the perfect starter, simple, light
and again, packed full of flavour. You can alter the toppings to your desire, experiment and come up with
your own recipes which are low in fat.
