Ingredients:
- Salt
- Chilli powder
- Garlic powder
- Black Pepper corns
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 28 buffalo wings
- Beer or Chicken stock or Wine - Quarter cup

- Very low fat blue cheese dressing if
desired.
Preparation:
- In an appropriate container, mix together a couple of
teaspoons of salt, chilli & garlic powder, crushed black peppercorns and the flour. After removing
the skin from the buffalo wings, toss about in the mixture to evenly coat.
- Using a skillet, low fat cooking oil, toss in the wings
and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes each side.
- Once the wings are nearly cooked, throw in the
beer / chicken stock / wine (whatever you wish) and cook on a lower heat.
- Remove from the heat when cooked and serve with blue
cheese dressing if you wish to do so.
I am yet to meet a person who doesn't enjoy buffalo wings.
It is one of my favourites and i simply can't live without them. They can be healthy and keep off the weight
if cooked right.
