Ingredients:
- Wraps:

- A good handful of lump crab
meat
- A large mango, chopped.
- 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
leaves
- 3 diced onions
- 1/2 an ice berg lettuce
- Orange Sesame
Sauce:

- Lime juice
- Low fat orange flavored
yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons low fat soy
sauce
- Toasted sesame oil
- Ground black pepper corns
Preparation:
- Within an appropriate container, mix the crab lump
meat, mango bits, cilantro leaves, and onions.
- Get lettuce leaves and fill with this mixture (size
depends on you)
- Mix the orange yoghurt, lime juice, soy, oil and pepper
thoroughly
- Drizzle this sauce mixture over the crab mixture within
the lettuce leaves and serve as you desire.
Crab is so under-estimated within the cookery world.
however, it not only tastes delicious, but is very low in calories and very high in protein. What else do you
want to aid in weight loss. If only people knew.
