Hypernicum has also been proven to cause complications when taken in conjunction with different anti-seizure medications.

Sun exposure needs to be limited while taking St. John's Wort. It may cause sun sensitivity so make sure to wear sun screen when in the sun. Wearing clothes that cover the skin while in the sun will help avoid the danger of easy sunburn also. It is best to be careful until you know how your body reacts to this supplement.

Using a hypernicum weight loss plan may be warranted if have gained weight due to depression and if your physician approves.
