Ingredients:
- 200 grams of creamy white Alfredo
sauce
- 120 grams of milk
- 700 grams of potato slices
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper
- Tuna in sunflower oil
- 250 grams of peas
- 120 grams of low fat cheese
Preparation:
- Coat a baking plate with low fat oil and pre heat
an oven to 380 degrees.
- Blend the Alfredo sauce plus some milk then spread
over the dish. Add some of the potato over the sauce mixture and add salt and black
pepper.
- Mix together Parmesan, tuna, cheese,
peas, and spread some across the potatoes.
- Add some more of the sauce, then the rest of
the potato slices, more pepper and more tuna blend and finish with the
sauce.
- Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 50 minutes.
Remove the foil and cook for a further 15 minutes at 340 degrees.
