Ingredients:
- Low fat oil
- Small onion diced
- 600 grams of roasted turkey
- 300 grams of left over gravy
- Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Leftover vegetables (optional)
- 500 grams of mashed potatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- Low fat butter
Preparation:
- Using a skillet, add in low fat oil and cook the onion
until lightly browned.
- Add in the turkey, gravy, Worcestershire and
vegetables.
- Spread the mixture in a large casserole dish (coated
with low fat oil and then spread over the mashed potatoes
- Drizzle melted butter over the potatoes and finish with
a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Place in over and cook until warm through out and the
potatoes are golden brown.
