Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • Two and a half grams of ground cumin 
  • Two and a half grams of ground cinnamon 
  • Some all spice 
  • Garlic powder and a minced garlic clove 
  • Salt and Pepper  
  • 1 pork tenderloin 
  • Low fat oil 
  • Honey (low fat)  
  • Hot-pepper sauce 

Preparation:

  1. Mix cumin, cinnamon, salt & pepper, all spice and garlic  
  2. Coat the pork in the mixture (help stickiness with low fat oil)  
  3. Cover with wrap and place in the fridge for approximately 20 minutes.  
  4. Mix honey, garlic and hot sauce  
  5. Add the pork to a hot pan and fry for a couple of minutes each side.  
  6. Add the sauce mixes to the pork and transfer to the oven for nearly 20 minutes (until juices run clear)
